I was not given shipping cost before … I was not given shipping cost before placing my order. After entering my shipping address it said we will contact you with shipping cost before shipping your items. No one contacted me, my items were shipped and i was charged over $30 shipping for $50 worth of items.

If every company had your customer service where you can talk to someone right away, not put on hold or have to hit a number of button before you hear a live voice. it would help in what is provided. Email said product shipped from … Email said product shipped from warehouse in NV 10 days ago and then i get a email saying its now shipped from BC. It's only produce ties it should not be a large package I was expecting much better delivery time. Still waiting hope to see it soon could've really used them this coming weekend.
