Jende was extra courteous is providing some customisation solutions which was helpful and sourcing some out of ordinary products. This is true customer centric service and I’m amazed with the knives. GBI was never able to sharpen this knife I was never able to sharpen this knife to my standards - it didn’t seem sharp when I got it and didn’t seem sharp after I paid the dealer I bought it from to sharpen it. I found a friend who was a Jende fan and gave it to him.

GBI was shopping for a good reed knife… I was shopping for a good reed knife and came accross Jende. Chris Tayler was out of town, in Taiwan actually, but still took the time to discuss the appropriate knife and give me an overview of the company. Chris represented the company with such professionalism that I’ll never go anywhere else and I’ll never forget the level of care I received from him. Also, I’ve had the knife for quite some time now and I absolutely love it. I still haven’t had to sharpen it!
