GTThe products are great but the shopping process could be better The products are great, but the shipping experience could be better. There was no way to visualize shipping options or shipping time before make the order, it was possible until I made the order and I then, there was no more option than wait until the shipping process started.

The bathroom accessories were of high quality, brass construction, with many manufactured in Europe. The reduced prices were excellent and the list price on all items was confirmed on other sellers's websites. Goods shipped the next day and were received within a day or two. GBService Service - I received my order but for 4 Weekend have tried with calls and email to get a return. I ordered a tall Kleenex box but instead ordered a horizontal which looks better. I cannot get any service for the return of the taller one. It’s new never used!
