GBThe end result is not as good as in the pictures that are shown The process of refacing, which consists of glueing a laminate wood finish on your old cabinets and replacement of the doors and drawers is not as good as a finished product as you see in pictures the salesman show you in a book. Up close you can see all the seams and nails and when you open the doors the old shelves are not finished. When considering refacing it's not a question you think to ask. The result is not as was expected considering the amount of money spent for this type of solution.it's not at all cheap. If I had to do again I would go with a new cabinetry. I would not recommend this.

GBAmazing! My refaced kitchen looks like a brand new kitchen My salesperson was full of knowledge and suggestions and once the project was started, we couldn't have been happier with out installer, Damon! He came early and worked late every day until the project was finished and he cleaned the area top to bottom before leaving each night. The finished product looks absolutely amazing.

GBPoor Service Poor Service! Scheduled a appointment for a estimate two weeks ago with them. Rearranged our schedules to be home and the day of they call to cancel with every excuse in the book. It's no way to run a business and poor customer service.

GBKitchen Magic a Really Unwise Choice Kitchen Magic remodeled our kitchen not quite 10 years ago. We were told by the salesman that the doors were solid and that everything was guaranteed for life. Now that the paper is peeling off those solid doors as well as some of the framework, they tell us that our warranty was only for 5 years. The material has been discontinued, and there is nothing they can do for us short of redoing the whole thing, at our cost. We went forward on good faith, and their misrepresentations have now cost us thousands of dollars.
