GBBEWARE-- WORST COMPANY EVER BEWARE-- WORST COMPANY EVER!!! Avoid like the plague! They take your money and treat you like total crap. We spent over $2,000 on a vanity and we have received better customer service at McDonalds. They sent us the wrong number for the delivery link. When we called to clarify why the delivery link was not working, the rudest man ever began berating and insulting us, telling us he had sent "all the info you need" and telling us it was our fault it was not working. When we said he did not send the right info to make the link work, he became even more obnoxious and rude! The man was plain nasty. Later, he emailed the correct # for the link with no apology at all for his prior rudeness. The link asks for a user name and password so we called him again. Instead of clarifying that you can bypass the password and enter the delivery number via "quick link"... instead the man yelled at us and insulted us again! This extremely rude man REFUSED to identify himself and REFUSED to allow us to speak to another more polite and helpful person at the company. He also blocked our number and instead sent us to his "legal team."

GBAbsolutely awful Absolutely awful. This company sold me a vanity, then called me to let me know it is out of stock. They tried to replace my order with a completely different color. I tried to convey that this would not suit my needs. The customer service agent got extremely hostile with me and hung up the phone. Terrible experience.

GBIn the nick of time We purchased two vanities from one of the big box retailers and were expecting delivery in two weeks. Two months later, it arrived damaged so we were in a jam. We needed a similar style vanity in under a week. Thankfully we found ListVanities. We spoke to their CS, they found two similar models that were in stock, could ship out quickly, and arrived in mint condition 5 days later. A lifesaver!! Def will refer anyone to this company

GBI would typically never take the time… I would typically never take the time to write a review for a company but felt this was worth the time so no one else had the same experience I had. During a bathroom remodel we ordered multiple pieces from List Vanities. One of the pieces came obviously damaged during construction. After multiple attempts at a solution List Vanities would do nothing. They said to go to a hardware store and buy wood glue! These are very expensive pieces so glueing a broken leg is not the solution one would expect. If it was me, I would look elsewhere for similar options.
