Worst ever company and customer… Worst ever company and customer service. They are not after protecting the environment, they are after your money. Impossível to cancel subscription even though you buy it to try, you become under a subscription unwillingly. Beware. Don’t buy their products. Stay away. You will be stuck for life. Very dishonest. And very expensive.

Billed for and received a subscription… Billed for and received a subscription order never signed up for, tried to "manage" my involuntary subscription, and system says I don't have one. Great product, dirty business practices at the online consumer level. Greedy most likely, people can still make an honest buck without resorting to this nonsense, if they choose to. Corporations being people and all. So no more from me.

bags are too weak to hold trash Their compostable trash bags are terrible. They aren't strong enough to hold food waste as they must begin composting immediately. I took one of their trash bags out of my kitchen trash can to carry to the garage and all the food was falling out of the bottom all over my house. And another one tore down the side seam when I was trying to slip it over the lip of the trash can. They are terribly weak; not sturdy at all. I want to get my money back but am sure that they won't help me out. Their products may compost wonderfully, but they don't hold up in "real-world" situations!!!

I gave a 1-star review on the site I gave a 1-star review on the site, and they stripped out my comment. I don't know if these bags are actually compostable, as I suspect they end up incinerated. The problem is that they are NOT transparent, resulting in an inordinate amount of food waste. Have 7 or 8 green baggies with food in your fridge, you'll never remember what is where. The company failed to respond to my complaint. Finally cancelled refills after much hassle and the cost or returning an order to them. Not the best company to deal with.
