GBTotally satisfied with the Tofubud Lanie... I received the press in the afternoon, and my evening meal was a delicious meal featuring cubed and marinated tofu. The tofu press was easy to use and provided me with the best compressed tofu I've ever worked with in the many years that I've cooked with tofu. I'm totally satisfied with this simple device! Gerry
