Great service Part of my order wasnt in stock. Customer service apologized for the inconvenience and offered substitute items for me to choose from.

My husband bought my set of pans… My husband bought my set of frying pans for Christmas last year and I love them .How ever I fried sauerkraut and brats in them and am having a hard time cleaning pan has been soaking for 1day .I can’t find customer service number and help would be much appreciated.

cooking made easy I never realize the difference a good frying pan made when cooking. simple things like eggs. all the cheap pan I bought before always bowed out in the middle so all the liquids slid to the sides. this pan has a support plate in the middle the disperses heat evenly. I should have got this a long time ago.

I never give 5 stars I never give 5 stars, but it was close. There may be a lot of choices out there, but these pots/pans were exactly what I was looking for. They are of restaurant quality manufacturing. The site itself is a bit buggy and needs work. There are limited choices and I hope in the future their inventory is expanded.
