GBI placed an order on Feb 10th I placed an order on Feb 10th, with shipping in 8-14 days. I have reached out with multiple requests for an update. No reply or acknowledgement of any of the request. Why should this be so difficult to respond to a first time customer?

CAReally pleased! I own a few products from Browze, and I have always been really pleased with their quality! They definitely offer unique products you wouldn’t easily find anywhere else. Something else I love about Browze is the customer service - they always reply to messages and try to help you out!

GBI have ordered from Browse for several… I have ordered from Browse for several years and have never been disappointed. One item didn't work at described. I contacted Browse about the problem and the next thing I knew another item showed up in the mail to replace it. I will continue to order from this company.

GBAlways found the items on the site to… Always found the items on the site to be super affordable, and better quality then things with much higher value! Shipping was very fast, and no confusions occurred if any problems occurred while items were shipped. I absolutely recommend people to try this site out as it is definitely worth it all!

GBI have received a radio that wasn't… I have received a radio that wasn't what I expected. Being tiny. No instructions for use. Found how to scroll waveband but can't lock onto any station. Very very annoyed and disappointed. Once bitten twice shy. I will personally take to advising all friends on Facebook ,Twitter, Instagram not to use this company
