GBFast shipment My last order came in separate shipments so it was much faster than I expected! Everything was great and I only wish the website had a little more detail on the materials of the products (ie plastic vs glass, etc). Otherwise, I loved the dog bed I got and the jewelry box I ordered was wrapped really well.

GBI placed an order on Feb 10th I placed an order on Feb 10th, with shipping in 8-14 days. I have reached out with multiple requests for an update. No reply or acknowledgement of any of the request. Why should this be so difficult to respond to a first time customer?

AUMy order comprised of several articles My order comprised of several articles, however, the main one was the floating globe which to this day has never arrived. I am trying to reach some sort of customer support to let them know I can’t even track the shipment. I feel that this company could be doing a lot more as far as customer satisfaction is concerned. GBLove Browze! I have placed about three or four orders with Browze. The only problem I have when placing an order is deciding what to order. There are so many awesome items, that I can never choose. Every order I've placed, the shipping was much quicker than expected, customer service has answered me quickly when I needed them at one point, and the products were exactly what we're advertised every time I've gotten them. Love this company.

GBmissing items I ordered a spatula, a spider strainer, a pot and 2 pair of scissors over a month ago and I only received the spider strainer and a dented pot. Somebody contacted me today from Browze to tell me that all the items show as delivered and gave two tracking numbers for my local post office. When I entered the numbers to track my items I got no results.
