I placed an order on Feb 10th I placed an order on Feb 10th, with shipping in 8-14 days. I have reached out with multiple requests for an update. No reply or acknowledgement of any of the request. Why should this be so difficult to respond to a first time customer?

Fast shipment My last order came in separate shipments so it was much faster than I expected! Everything was great and I only wish the website had a little more detail on the materials of the products (ie plastic vs glass, etc). Otherwise, I loved the dog bed I got and the jewelry box I ordered was wrapped really well.
