Damaged Product I purchased hookah tumblers from ibesin. The website said 4 weeks from China. After 6 weeks I started trying to contact them on my order with no response. Finally, after over 3 months my tumblers arrived. The tumblers appear to be ok, but half of the boxes are unusable due to being crumpled and smashed. I requested replacement boxes and was told that couldn't be done. I am now trying to get return/refund instructions and no response to my emails. BUY AT YOUR OWN RISK! This company has terrible customer service.
