Absolute worst customer service - products are junk! If there was another option below this first star - it would be selected!. The day I opened my shipment I immediately went to them to ask how to return - no reply. Reached out 6 more times....no response. If they spent a fraction of the time on customer service as they do sending out their special offers and coupons it would serve them well. N E V E R have I seen such misleading return information by a vendor in all my ordering on the internet.

REFUZED A RETURN, REFUND Took 3 weeks before it was even shipped... once recieved they put NAMA on the arm instead of the requested AV8R I asked for... They refused to take a return and refund and only offer 10% refund... Also quality of the sweater is pathetic, made with a curtain or table cloth like material and vary much home made looking.

This company will not accept returns on… This company will not accept returns on clothes that don’t fit. I ordered a large, my normal size, and it just hung funny. Too big in some spots and tight in others- very poor quality. Because they post size charts (like every other clothing company), they do not accept returns based on size, This is a scam, not a clothing company.

Too big, not material claimed in description, cheaply made Too big despite size guidelines, and it's not the material stated in the description. It's a grey patterned blouse, with a white lining, so anytime the waist flips up or I roll up my sleeves, it's very clear how cheaply made this is. In the photo it looks like a black shirt with a pattern, but came in a medium grey, which doesn't really go with anything.
