GBGreat garage storage solution! The lifts I bought are fantastic. I’m a contractor, licensed electrician and plumber. these lifts were difficult to install and the instructions are not very good. Not really an install for the DIYer. Unless you have really good skills.

GBI am giving this review 5 stars even… I am giving this review 5 stars even though it was a rough start. No delivery or information was forthcoming about my order for 3+weeks. Several emails went unanswered. Then low and behold someone found my email in the internet pile and replied. Not only did they reply, but communicated directly with the company that makes the product and got them jumping through hoops and the order was filled and on my porch in less than a week from the last correspondence. The product worked perfectly and the service was exemplary. Russell, thank you very much for your kindness, understanding and your fantastic follow-through. Much appreciated.
