DKBad practice + bad customer service Company kept products on the site that were not available + Bad customer service. Had to mail multiple times to get the answer that my product is not available after waiting for a month. Never again.

GBSuper service and fast Product arrive fast but was broken in the post. Contacted nicebuy by mail and 3 days later I had a replacement :). Great customer service - I can recommend them.

GBFALSE ADVERTISING Bought a treadmill, the Generic 3.25 with 15% incline. Not only was the incline not 15% but the bluetooth does not work and the app does not work that it comes with. Reached out and the sellers information is wrong, doesnt return emails or call back only to find out the number is wrong. Reported to BBB and finally found a contact for sears marketplace customer service, the seller then says I have to send VIDEO of the bluetooth not working...I am reording with my phone and I dont know how they expect me to do that. They also said the 15% is not a slope grade it means there are 15 gears......WHY SAY 15% THAT IS A PERCENTAGE. I am still inthe process to get a refund and the seller is making it almost impossible. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!! Oh and they reply to comment with “sorry we don’t sell that certain item, you reviewed the wrong company” but I have the receipts that say otherwise.

BEI saw many negative revieuws about… I saw many negative revieuws about NiceBuy.dk but i took the risk because of a product that was hard to find and was available in their webshop for a very attractive price. I had problems ordering so I called NiceBuy and talked with a guy called Jens and he fixed it for me and made a special price for shipping to Belgium. The product arrived within a week,was very well packed and in excellent condition, so 5 stars from me!

GBThis place sucks This place sucks, waited for my treadmill and received an email that my package was delivered but to Minnesota and I live in California, then find out it wasn't even my treadmill that they emailed me about, and never received it, then they tell me it's out of stock. Why did I receive an email on a package that wasn't mine....they have terrible customer service. Their emails were all misspelled and made no sense..never order from any business that associates with them
