GBWill definately recommend Clatterans! I have ordered water and air filters for my Whirlpool refrigerator 3 times now and all were excellent. You have to drain 3 to 4 gallons of water with each replacement, but that's with any brand replacement. One filter had a crack at top nozzle area, Clatterans sent me a new one right away. I've had good luck with Clatterans so far and will continue to order from them, their filters work and are reasonably priced compared to Whirlpool filters which are totally outrageous. I don't have a negative thing to say about Clatterans so far and I hope it stays that way. I refuse to pay Whirlpool prices...it's only a water filter not a brick of gold!

GBI ordered some filters for my mom from… I ordered some filters for my mom from this place, I got them but we're not the right ones , sent them back N have only heard back once from them , I just see on my CC where they charged me again N for what

GBOrder Water Filters from someone more focus on customer satisfaction and standing behind their products. I ordered two water filters for my refrigerator mid January last year. I live in San Diego for the winter months only and went to install my second water filter and it leaked. One of the o-rings was compromised so I reached out to the company. They said your one year warranty has expired so we can't help. I would suggest staying away from this vendor. Its a product defect so why wouldn't they send me another one?? Because they don't care!

GBWe ordered three filters all of which… We ordered three filters all of which did not work properly. I contacted Clatterans with a request that they honor the one year warranty and heard back from them in two-three days. I received the replacements quickly and the one we are using works fine. I am tough on businesses that misrepresent their products and waste my time (refer to my Anniecloth review) but due to Clatterans speedy and effective response, I will order from them again.

GBfollow-up of complaint I ordered filters over a week ago, and never received tracking. When I tried to contact company, they said the had no record of my order I sent them order number and told them I paid by PayPal, and the said they found my order and would ship filters. So far no information on order and have tried calling and get voice mail, but no response. I am going to contact PayPal and request refund and file complaint
