Beware...Stay Far Away Beware! I used this company for a while and already had some web search engine advertising that I pay for, somehow applianceappointment.com put their phone numbers all over my existing advertising. I know that sounds impossible but it happened to me, stay far away from this company they will also charge you for calls and voicemails not even pertaining to your business! If you fell for them make sure you check your search engine sites and get them corrected, cause they sure wont help you get it back to the way it was. This company really needs a lawsuit against them!

They bill you for calls that are totally irrelevant to you industry!! This company is untrustworthy!! They have a bunch of salespeople call you and totally mislead you on how great they are and how they will take care of calls you're billed for that are not legitimate calls with just a simple phone call to your sales rep.. What a LIE! The sales rep is no longer with the company and I am stuck paying for 10 calls and only 5 were legit calls. Come to find out it has to meet certain criteria which was not what I was told. I was told to call my rep and she would work with me, now shes no longer with the company. SMALL BUSINESS BEWARE, THIS COMPANY IS NOT TO BE TRUSTED!!!

I was charged for calls that had nothing to do with MY business. and calls with no contact information and other things.... As a business the the cost will not pan out in the long run, This is not a plus in my business and I will not reffernce or refer this porgram to anyone.

Signed up on friday Signed up on friday, got 1 real lead call, another 1 was from their customer who where claiming free revisit, and another 16 unanswered calls trough 3 days of Christmas holidays that resulted in $374 in total. Answer of support team about why I where receiving this calls while I listed my business hours mon-fri 9-6 was "we are not responsible if customer want to call you". But oh yeah YOU ARE responsible to pay for them. UPDATE: Called 10AM, asked to stop redirecting calls because i dont want to pay for a calls i cant answer. 3PM - still receiving a calls.

Unacceptable service by Appliance and Garanteed Appliance Inc Worst service available...Guaranteed Appliance Inc lacks professionalism and the fact that appliance appointment shows this as an option reflects badly on this service.
