Not Professional at all Ordered three weeks ago. Item was cancelled and there was no email notification. I knew because I checked the site and there it said the ordered was cancelled without reason. Not ordering from this company again.

Lousy Service I ordered some deli trays that I needed to fill my Thanksgiving cookie orders. I ordered them on 11/14/14. I tried to track my order but was unable to. I called Wasserstrom and got no answer (it was a weekend). I sent an e-mail and got no answer. I finally got in touch with someone there on 12/1/14 and asked about my order. I was told it was lost in shipment. Couldn't someone have contacted me and told me that so I could have either reordered or cancelled the order. Instead, I had to run around town at the last minute looking for the trays I needed. I don't plan to order from Wasserstrom again.

Never Received Product I never received the product and the shipping notice gave me no tracking info. I did not know who to go to. The product looks very nice, just what I wanted. I would not order from them again'

Poor The item I purchased did not have any honesty to it and I am not at all happy how this problem has turned out

disappointed with chattered dish delivery Ordered 12 dishes dishes for close to $400.00 and they were delivered cracked and shattered. It took at over a week to get follow up with several calls and e mails. The dishes were wrapped in plastic and did not appear to have any protection between plates. Dishes still in box and if I try to pick them out of box all I hear is crunch crunch. I was told they would get back to me and they did not. Felt like i was being avoided until one person seemed to listen to me. I took pictures as requested and emailed to company. Said I would get refunded within 4-5 days. It is now over a week and I have not heard from them or seen a credit to my credit card.
