GBGreat service and great product! I love this rug! The pattern was a bit more....blurry than in the photos but still so great and cool looking. It's also super soft, great to sit on and looks fabulous!

GBI ordered a rug about a month ago and… I ordered a rug about a month ago and still have not received it. I have emailed the company several times and they have assured me that my order was on it's way, but still no delivery. I am starting to think this is a scam.

GBTerrible customer service TOTAL SCAM! I am trying to return a rug, but customer service is non-existent. Several times I have called the phone number listed, emailed, sent messages on Instagram and on Facebook and still have gotten no response. SO disappointing. I do not recommend this company and would NEVER purchase from them again.
