John did a fabulous job! Give him 10/10! Every step of our process went smoothly and the staff were on-time (actually called to come a little early--great for us). The shades we ordered came quickly and John did a fabulous job measuring and installing them. I will order again from Stoneside when I'm ready to put additional shades in my home.

Professional, kind and high quality They were professional, kind and courteous right from the beginning. Anna (designer), Carlos (measurement person) and Edgardo (installer) were all amazing. It felt like every person that came in the house cared about the customer experience and quality of work. Even the customer service staff (Caleb) was very helpful in scheduling and resolving any issues. I had a challenge where an incorrect blind was installed and they immediately acted on it and fixed it - all with kindness and concern. The price was very reasonable for the quality of the blinds and the service that we received. Highly recommend this company!
