I love that I only have to water these about once a month since I travel a lot, and they have flourished and look beautiful in my home. When I did encounter a quality issue (not surprising when shipping live plants in the mail), customer service responded promptly and went way above and beyond to take care of me. They stand behind their products and I’m a customer for life.

GBI’ve killed every plant I’ve ever had. I’ve killed every plant I’ve ever had, so I tried Easyplant and couldn’t be happier. I started off with three plant and after two months I now have eighteen. They are so easy to care for and the support team is amazing answering any questions you have. They truly live up to their promise. For Mother’s Day, instead of buying flowers that would die in a week, I got two Easyplants. My mother loved them. This will be a company I’ll use in the future for any plant needs.

GBMy pot arrived with a hairline crack My pot arrived with a hairline crack. I chatted on line with customer service. After I sent pictures, customer service quickly agreed to send out a new plant to me. Customer service was great! I would have given a 5 star rating except that at 74 years old, I would prefer calling rather than chatting online. Also I have not yet received the replacement plant; therefore, some unknowns remain. Generally, I am impressed with easy plant and their service.

GBThat was easy I had a small hiccup in my recent order; some plants had a rough ride with UPS and didn't survive the trip. I contacted easyplant and the support team was quick to handle the situation. Thank you, Gerson. The other plants look great!

GBLove Abe, my new money plant! The plants are healthy and the pots are lovely. It's a great system--so far! He named Abe because Ben and Ulysses already exist. So far they've gotten me lots of money! (Really!)
