Extremely professional with excellent… Extremely professional with excellent communication. There was a very long shipping delay on one of the items ordered. Getting a refund for the delayed item was difficult given the exchange rate. However, The Cushion Shop allowed for a shop credit to account for the change in the dollar-to-Euro exchange rate and all was well. Shipping was fast & packaging was beautiful.

I was searching for a specific product… I was searching for a specific product and found it on several websites. However, the Cushion shop stood out because they had the best price by far and great reviews. I was a little hesitant ordering from a company out of the US, but went ahead with the order anyway.
