Great Customer Service We placed an order with Super Area Rugs on August 9th. Carrier reported that our order had been delivered and placed on our porch. We were at home and the order was not received. On August 17th, we contacted Super Area Rugs Customer Service. They got in touch with the Carrier, who could not locate the rug. A few days later, the rug magically appeared in our driveway. The package was torn and the rug was saturated with moisture. We contacted Super Area Rugs who asked us to send pictures, then immediately sent us a replacement with a different carrier. We could not ask for a quicker or better resolution to our problem.
