When we entered the showroom, she made herself available, but she let us test out the brand we thought we wanted in peace. Great experience. We bought the mattress but had to delay the delivery and the store was willing to accommodate our needs. Once the adjustable bed and mattresses were delivered there was a small issue and once again the store worked with us to make it right. They truly know what customer service means.
