Easy process, great results! Sarah LaBonte was a great representative of the company. Extremely personable and knowledgeable. Also, a good listener. Picked up on my taste very quickly. Made the whole process easy. The installer did a great job, and Iove my woven wood blinds. Have gotten many compliments.

Missed information Jamie was great, however I was not informed the window treatments did not open the slats unless the shade was totally lowered. The installer informed me.
