ITI highly suggest you to not buy any of their windows VPS I highly suggest you to not buy any windows vps here. all ips are blacklisted. ATTENTION: Every services is autorenewal, so even if you dont want that services you have to cancel before it expired. YouTube has block their ip for unusual traffic as well. Pay attention. worst service ever.
