Layla Grace is a trustworthy and professional company… We had a very recent miserable customer service experience with Bellacor. We’re still waiting for our $350 refund despite the item’s return. We found a gorgeous lamp on Layla Grace and after reading the reviews felt encouraged to go ahead with the order. We were not disappointed. Our lamp came 2 within 3 days of placing the order. It was beautifully packed and easy to retrieve from its protective carton. Most importantly we are thrilled with our purchase. I would not hesitate to buy from Layla Grace in the future.

The delays with shipping and delivery… The delays with shipping and delivery are quite frustrating. You have a choice in who you contract with. It is unacceptable to be contracting with a delivery service that is over a week late, and that does not communicate with the purchaser at all.
