Great bed at a great price. My Sleep Specialist worked patiently with me, helping to find the right bed and right accessories without any pressure. Customer Service also worked with me on the in-home setup and delivery. We navigated through the process with good results. They went out of their way to make us happy. As for the bed we purchased, it was everything we hoped for and more. After 30 years with a Sleep Number mattress, we needed an upgrade. After comparing it with the Personal Comfort bed, Personal Comfort had a much better product and a much lower price. The adjustable base works great and we have enjoyed many nights of wonderful sleep on our new bed. We couldn't be more satisfied with the company and its products.

Great bed and Great customer service Wish I would have purchased this bed a long time ago. Easy to set up. Worth the money. Awesome customer service. 1 little problem that they took care of immediately. If your thinking about getting one, stop! And BUY the bed now. You won't regret it. Sleep so good now. Wake up feeling great and sleep all night now. The bed is way better than I expected. I went back and forth about getting one for many years. Don't make my mistake by waiting so long. I live on the 3rd floor with no elevator and got it to my apartment by myself. Don't be worried about any part of setup. Easy. Does have some weight to the base but you'll be glad once it's setup. Not going anywhere. I have flex head so not sure on bases without. Has to be less weight but still solid frame either way I would imagine. FYI go with flex base. Raising head and feet and kicking on message is nice. If your reading these your thinking about it. DO IT!

Lonnie was a great help Lonnie was a great help, but someone in the shipping department did not follow through until Lonnie checked out as to why the shipment was not sent. If the order had been shipped sooner, this would have been a five star.
