Quality product and great customer service We received our order within 5 days of the purchase date. The curtains were good quality and looked just as pictured on the website. We returned them because they did not go with our decor the way we had hoped. Customer service was very prompt and gracious when dealing with our questions and the whole return process went very smoothly so far. We are anticipating receiving a prompt refund as well. Curtains are really nice the fabric and… Curtains are really nice the fabric and the design however there is a strong chemical smell on them, put them on my daughters room and the room smelled so bad that I have my daughter sleep in a different room. I will be washing them hopefully the smell will go, otherwise it will be a waste of money.
