At first I was a little skeptical if… OK at first I was a little skeptical if this company was legitimate.....well I am completely happy and satisfied with the customer service and quality of the product. 5 Stars are not enough for this product and customer service of this company in my opinion. Exceeded my expectations.

Quality - disappointed Was expecting a higher quality of quilt. No defects but not worth the money I spent. Was giving to my grandson who graduated with high honors from Stanford - would not think of giving to him.

I found the perfect blanket for my…Sister I found the perfect blanket for my sister, I was a bit Leary ordering from a company I didn't know. Since I had recently had a bad experience. I got concerned when I didn't hear anything and did message and got an immediate response and soon after a tracking number. the lady who contacted me was very apologetic in my not receiving anything right away. I wanted it as a gift for my sister. Was looking for something special since it was our first Christmas without our Mom. Although it wasn't scheduled to arrive until after Christmas I did receive it in time for Christmas. I do need to learn to check dimensions next time !! It was the small one I had ordered but it is well made and so soft it made her Christmas she will use it as a wall hanging. I will definitely order from this company again.

I was totally unsatisfied w/ the… I was totally unsatisfied w/ the product. I thought I bought a blanket for 50$ instead I got a towel. I emailed company to do a return as they said to do. NOTHING, still have the towel and very unhappy. Too embarrassed to even give the gift.
