Horrendous customer service Horrendous customer service. They will quickly take your money and refuse to discuss refunds or issue any money due back to you. Artwork was not to my liking and since cancelling, Epic Paint have done nothing to provide me with any confidence that they are handling my cancellation as I continued to receive warning emails that my order was to be processed even though I had emailed numerous times saying cancel. This order was placed back in January and I still have not received any refund. Never use them. There are much better companies out there offering a more professional service and alot cheaper. Ruined what was meant to be an extremely nice gift.

Beyond perfect! The team at Epicpaint worked really hard to create a photo to my liking. They took 6 individual photos and brought us together as if we had naturally posed for that single portrait. I requested multiple edits and they patiently worked with me as I sent in photo after photo for adjustments. I am beyond pleased wit the final result!

Breathtaking Painting My fiance loved the painting of his late father and our youngest son who didn't get to meet each other..The entire family loved the painting and happy tears were definitely shed.

Great experience Customer service is amazing! It’s such a relief to be able to get a quick response and be speaking with someone who seems to genuinely care. Our picture came out great even after I felt I might be asking too much or too many changes. It was a super quick delivery and I am already thinking about what could be my next order!
