Zero response from customer service Zero response from customer service. No contact number just email. I tried to cancel this order three times but zero response. Bedding arrived anyway and is thick and heavy. Color is great. Missing flat sheet but I won’t use the sheets anyway to scratchy and low quality.

Buyer's Beware A duvet was returned to this company a fortnight ago for a full refund which the law requires them to give and it was received by them on 16/4/24( next day). I am still awaiting a refund and have received no communication whatsoever other than my husband being promised an refund email to my account over the phone either yesterday or this morning yet I have received nothing. I would suggest you avoid this company if there is a chance you may have to return an item for a refund at all!

Nice, Comfy Lightweight Sheets The sheets are very comfortable, even brand new. They're nice and lightweight, good for the warmer seasons. Also, the kingsize pillowcases actually fit the kingsize pillows, which doesn't always happen with other brands.

No Communication After placing the order I never received any kind of update regarding shipping. I sent an email a week after placing the order and never got a reply. I was about to file a complaint with Paypal when the order arrived. The fitted sheet was the correct size and fit the V-berth in my boat. The pillowcases were king size, which for a standard V-berth, I thought rather odd. I would have preferred standard size pillowcases. Pet hair and lint really cling to the fabric, so I often had to use a lint roller to keep the sheets looking clean. For the price, it's probably a decent value, but they need to communicate and keep customers up to date on shipping information and reply to emails.

India company with no US customer support Company does not state that it’s really in India, and has no US customer support. The phone number listed is just an answering machine. Credit card was charged as an international charge. Spent 3 hours in a chat session to get an order canceled. I always thought I was careful ordering on the internet but this one got me. Nice website, but everything else was very bad.
