The 3x5 size fit in my 20 yr old washing machine, no problem. They are soft and cushiony underfoot. Note: been checking out other washable rugs, but there is no comparison. Read reviews. Great rugs Great rugs. I've purchased 7! Yes, 7! For kitchen, mud room, laundry room, bathroom. 2 adults and a big dog in the country. Handles dirt and wet, snowy shoes. Easy to vacuum. Easy to toss in washing machine. No loops on which doggy nails can snag. Low profile to fit under low doors. They are very low maintenance.
