Overall experience very pleased. Lisa was my contact person via my emails and she was very professional and responded almost immediately. I didn't realize the curtains were coming from another country but the lead time was acceptable. The quality of the curtains are very nice. I am very pleased, however, I am not sure how to weight down the curtains with the pockets included as requested. Overall very pleased.
