Great company to deal with ! Really good and professional mannered company. We’ve recently had our boiler fitted and we’re very pleased with them. Surveyor man was explaining everything well, was honest and didn’t try to rip us off like other companies. Boiler fitting: Arrived on time, Tom which did the job has worked very well and left everything really tidy. During his work everything was also very tidy, explained everything about the boiler when the job has been done. Aftercare is great, they will always return your phone call and answer any questions you need. Really pleased and will recommend them to anyone. Also their price was the best ! They definitely deserve more great reviews!

Don’t waste your time on these clowns Lucky to get 1 star. Didn’t turn up to an appointment to replace 2 bit valve after making us wait in all day. Got through to kelly who said sorry but we can do the 23rd December requested call back from Tom as he the one who forgot to book us in even though his brother did the quote. Got no call back called today and got kelly who couldn’t even remember who we was and basically couldn’t see why I was annoyed. First told me Tom wasn’t in why he didn’t call so I said why tell me he call me back today if he wasn’t in then oh but he was in and then it was he working from home he definitely give you a call the afternoon. Guess what no call. Absolute joke. Then we get some who actually turned up to do a quote to tell us they quote for the wrong point valve anyways. Useless do not use never do what they promise and think they better than everyone else.

Saturday morning and my hot water isn’t… Saturday morning and my hot water isn’t working with 2 kids in the house and I am panicking. Call Tom at yourheat he very kindly comes out to me within the hour and has a look at my boiler. It’s dripping with water and absolutely had it. He gave me a very reasonable quote for a new one and books me in for a couple of days time thank god! One of his staff came to fit it with minimal disruption to my day. I am so happy with the service I’ve got from yourheat will absolutely recommend and use again (well hopefully I won’t need them) thanks so much 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼

Always brings the heat YourHeat replaced my ancient gravity fed boiler system: cylinder, tanks and all with a spanking brand new Worcester Bosch combi boiler just over 2 years ago. Installation was done to a very high standard so much so, I have them servicing it annually. Even when I encountered a minor issue with the boiler, they replaced the faulty parts in good time. I could not recommend this company highly enough.

Couldn’t recommend this company… Couldn’t recommend this company Enough!. Only contacted late last week as was concerned about our boiler and they managed to attend within a few days. Myself not knowing anything about boilers, the engineer was extremely helpful and was able to provide me with key information regarding our system. Amazing service! Thanks again
