I have been contacted several times by… I have been contacted several times by this company and reading through the reviews I cannot help but be suspicious that a lot of them are not genuine. There is a reviewer on their website who comments on one of the bad reviews, and has researched the person who gave the poor review. Really? Are you telling me that a customer would have that information or be bothered to do this? Is it true that Trust Pilot used to check reviews but no longer does?

Very little work for an extortionate upfront fee I have dealt with KBS a few times and unfortunately from conversations i have had with sellers they really don't seem todo too much once they have taken the initial fee and created a generic IM. As a broker they should be providing guidance as to what we buyers are looking for and helping the business position itself better, but alas they dont do any of that. To top it all off i had a random email from one of the consultants asking me to download a file and enter my sharepoint details! Rang the relevant person who answered his DDI with "Yeah" and after explaining what i received from him i got the most unapologetic reply!! Please please avoid and find brokers that actually do work on your behalf

Satisfactory performance Initially the process appeared to be making god progress. The IM produced was well prepared and professional. I felt that the targets buyers were not well researched and many were completely unsuitable. When we managed to get a serious purchaser on board the IT assistance from KBS was first class. I believe however that the negotiating process as too one sided and the purchaser seemed to hold all the trump cards. Negotiator was always reachable, but maybe lacked in experience. overall we achieved a satisfactory result.

After a Facebook page said other wise. False advertisement. MySha Floyd is very disrespectful and fires people for no reason at all they short you on hours and lie about your pay. I’m reporting your business to the better business bureau…..
