Then one broke and I requested a replacement. They said No Problem; still under warranty; 10-12 days to produce. Not only did they replace 1, but BOTH blinds and delivered within 5 days! Directions are thorough and easy to understand, but most of all the quality of their products are beyond compare. The support team is great and very helpful! Samples never arrived Samples never arrived. Contact with company for infos and Customer service was extremly rude. I don’t know if it is a shade store or a shadey business. It should be avoided at all cost.

An Award-worthy find!
