Worst delivery experience of my life I want to write a more positive review, I just received the furniture a few days ago and upon initial inspection it seems ok. My problem is with the shipping, the shipping company subcontracted by Valyou was the most unpleasant encounter I have ever had. They were dismissive, rude and downright unkind. Valyou needs to own their whole buying experience and choose subcontractors wisely, with all the options out there I recommend using anyone else- perhaps a company who cares how their customers are treated. Valyou called to make sure I was home for the delivery and I took off from work to be there and the delivery service would not even address me, or carry the package to the top of my steps. They also sent a delivery receipt indicating the delivery was unattended. They were downright rude and dismissive.

In love with this couch! In love with this couch! After doing a ton of research on couches, I decided to go with Valyōu and I’m so glad I did. Love that I can wash the covers and it was the only sectional on the market that fits my small living room. Also, delivery was seamless and so so fast.

Bought a TV Console I purchased a TV console and had a wonderful experience. The product quality is excellent, and both the store staff and the delivery team were very courteous and professional. The delivery was punctual, and overall, their products and services are outstanding. I will definitely be a returning customer.

Fast Shipping and beautiful feathers armchair I ordered the feathers armchair and shipping is extremely fast. The armchair is simply beautiful, modern and looked expansive. Its also super comfortable. Delivery was really efficient as you can monitor the exact time the driver would arrive. I would definitely buy more furniture from Valyou.

Feather Sectiinals I kept putting these sectionals in my cart and then deleting. I finally pulled the trigger and ordered two feather L sectionals and I’m so glad I did. They were back ordered when I did but they were delivered in the timeframe disclosed when I ordered!! We absolutely love them!
