Customer Service is lacking It seems quite impossible to get in contact with anyone from this company:/ I've been trying for 3 days and have had no luck yet. I made an order for an incorrect clothing item but did not realize this until the purchase was already made. I have tried reaching out multiple times a day but have had no luck. I was hoping to get a refund on the product, I no longer need it at this time. I'm hoping this company adds a phone number as a way to reach out as well, that usually results in the quickest solution. Any advice?..

Will definitely order from them again! I ordered my canvas and uploaded the picture for them to use. The way the picture was sent as far as the background and central focus, I was concerned about how it would turn out. Once I received it, quicker than expected, it was beautiful. They used the photo exactly how I had seen it in my head and I cannot wait to give it to my wife for our anniversary in a few weeks. I will definitely order from them again.
