GBGreat products and customer service I ordered a Louvolite replacement motor however, I ordered the wrong model. When I realised, I contacted the team and asked whether I could return the wrong model and order the correct one. They were kind enough to accept and offer a refund. Customer service at its best!

GBSaved a lot of money. Parts arrived quickly. I swapped out my broken clutches for £11 each on 2 roller blinds and it took 5mins. I had previously been quoted over £300 by a repair company for the same job.
