Exceptional Product, Extraordinary Customer Service Qaleen has become my go to for quality rugs. I have found the buying process to be as close to a “concierge” shopping experience as possible. My first rug was purchased about a year ago and the challenge was to find another Bokhara that complimented one I already owned. Yasir was incredibly responsive and knowledgeable and advised on a perfect match. This year, I purchased an additional two rugs , one which Yasir sourced for me at my request.
