Received part promptly Received part promptly; however it was wrong model. I contacted them and they quickly sent out correct model and gave me a prepaid label to return the other. I will order this part again as it is much less expensive than buying the OEM filter from our A/C company.

The part came with a large crack across… The part came with a large crack across the bottom of it. We weren’t told the part was damaged when we purchased it. We had our ac guy look at it he says it won’t do any good to install it like that. It could get water in it and cause bigger problems. I’ve sent emails and left voicemails no one has bothered to get back with me.
