Poor service I ordered a flowerpot commemorating the loss of a precious pet,I have been waiting weeks for this item, tracking shows it has literally not moved, I have reached out to customer service and have not had any response to my requests. I will never order from this company. Poor service all around.

Happy Recipents The products hadn’t arrived for quite some time but I was contacted by the company for a review. I emailed them to say I had not received a tracking number nor the products. I heard back with apologies, the tracking number as well as the information saying the items were being held at the local post office awaiting payment of duty tax. Traveling there the next day I received the products in excellent condition. My friends were delighted with the pet memorial gifts.

Brilliant company to deal with that kept you updated on each stage of my order. My Beating Heart I was absolutely in floods when I received my 'crystal heart'. It just brought all the beautiful memories back I have for my sweet baby girl. Seeing the two images representing myself & her was just so emotional. Thank you 'Fitwearpro' for a heartwarming keepsake.
