I've noticed that lots of people have… I've noticed that lots of people have figured out what this site is about and what they sell so they are constantly out of stock.. certain items are hard to get these days so this should tell you all.

Order never received When I ordered the wine cabinet rack, it indicated 3-5 days shipping. After a week, I reached out to the company and got no response. Additional emails got a response that they were "working on it with their team." Another week passed with no updates. I told them that if they didn't act soon, I would cancel. Three days later I was notified of a refund being processed with no explanation on why they never fulfilled the order. I at least gave one star for getting the refund.
