GBI received some wax melts as a gift I received some wax melts as a gift. I loved them so much! I went on the website to purchase some more. I couldn’t find them on there website. So I emailed them and received a prompt reply advising me they removed them from their website but, they would put it back up in a few due to the high demand. Less then a hour later it was back up on the website.Excellent product and great customer service experience.
