Great Customer Service! I received my pillowcases damaged. There was a knife slice on exterior packaging that went straight through to both pieces. PayPal had the seller's email so I reached out and got an immediate response. They asked for photos, which I sent and new pillowcases were sent, with a new tracking number. No hassle, very courteous and they arrived faster than the initial ones! I finally got to use my new pillowcases and slept like a baby! FYI, I am suffering from severe hair loss and noticed significantly fewer hairs on my pillow when I wake up! This was the main reason for the purchase. I am very happy, all around. Great purchase and I recommend this seller!

Sadly not the best quality, maybe not even 100% silk I had high hopes for the 22 momme sheets I ordered from promeed. The champagne color is nice and the sheets are generously fitted so they don't stretch tight, thus shortening the life of the sheet. I am sad though, because after barely 3 months, the sheets pill badly--something I have never known 100% mulberry silk sheets to do. I also sweat a lot every single time I use them. This has never happened to me with any other of the silk sheets I have ever bought (ranging in quality from 16 to 25 momme). I will not want to spend as much as I did on these sheets again.

The best silk pillowcases I‘ve purchased various brands of silk pillowcases, all in white and king size. Among them, the ones from Promeed have truly exceeded my expectations. Along with the pillowcases, they provide a charming cardboard illustration explaining the process of silk production, as well as a generous sample piece of the silk itself. This allows customers to perform a burn test to verify the authenticity of the silk or test wash. Speaking of washing, these pillowcases wash up beautifully without any issues. The silkiness and coolness these pillowcases provide are absolutely amazing. I like this percentage 23mm of mulberry silk. It's substantial in comparison. I highly recommend avoiding overpriced options like Blissy cases and investing in these beautiful Promeed pillowcases instead. Trust me, you won't regret it!

Very detailed care instructions! This is a very nice silk pillowcase. Made from real silk; this pillowcase is soft and smooth feeling. It feels so nice against your skin. Be careful when ordering to select the correct size for the pillow. I accidentally ordered for a toddler size pillow. I loved that this pillowcase came with a very detailed description and care instruction page. It goes into detail about how the pillowcase must be cared for to ensure that it lasts. It has proved to be well made from quality materials. I highly recommend!
