I always had an amazing experience using their hosting service. But lately, it's been slacking. Constant down times that just aren't acceptable anymore. Rude and blaming on another customer who is also a friend. He said and I quote "Jack keeps pushing the issue off, and blaming it on "software" instead of helping". Due to this, the customer support is horrible. Prices are alright, the information displayed on the site when buying are mostly correct not always, a little misleading at times. Personally, Jack is a nice guy and a great friend, his company just needs some work. I would love to give a better rating, But sadly, some aspects of Zelon need improvements.

Zelon is The Better Choice Zelon has been one of the best hosting companies I have ever used. They have quality service and are always there to help. Their live chat is great because they are always online. This company is Greater than any other company I have ever used.
