That's the attention and care you can expect from Andrew, the owner of greenlight heating. And yes, a problem with my order did arise when I received the wrong item, but Andrew responded to my email within the hour and had the correct part sent out that day. An outstanding experience with an outstsnding company. If I could give 10 stars I would.
