Wonderful curtains! I LOVE these curtains! They are super thick and block out light. I can’t wait to see my energy bill go down! I would definitely buy these again and recommend to friends and family!

Love the curtain! We recently added an addition resulting in what was previously a bedroom becoming an open space off the new hallway. As this was both my new office area and the "guest" area with our sleeping sofa I wanted something that would separate the hall and cut down on noise. This curtain was exactly what I needed to provide privacy and eliminate distractions. The price was well worth it for me.

TERRIBLE. DO NOT BUY. Finally received my curtains after a month and a half. Absolutely, beyond disappointed. I would return them if I thought I would actually get my money back. Customer service is a joke. Quality of fabrics is terrible. They don’t open well at all because the fabric is so stiff and cheap. The ‘blackout’ part is literally a large piece of black felt between the liner and curtain. An absolute joke. I wish I could add pictures to show how terrible they truly are.

I ordered a custom insulated thermal… I ordered a custom insulated thermal curtain from Nicetown and I am very happy with the product. I really appreciated being able to customize the size I needed and within a few weeks I had the curtain. I was really impressed with how well made it was. Nicetown uses quality materials durably stitched together. I anticipate having this curtain for a long time because it's so well made.

Can't contact customer service I tried multiple times to contact their customer service via phone, chat and email - nothing works. Phone number constantly have a busy tone. Unfortunately, I placed an order and fully paid, but product hasn't arrived yet. I am wondering if it is legit company or not. If somebody knows how to contact this company, please share that information.
