Dont buy Did receive the tag promptly but poor quality regarding engraving - poorly done, not deep enough to read some letters and numbers half done so unreadable and will not last long at all. Sample made you believe the words would stand out on black background but could not be further from the truth. Need magnifying glass to see what is there. Family is full of dog owners and will not recommend this site.

Quality, easy and fast. Two thumbs up! My tags were easy to make, arrived quickly, and were exactly what I ordered. Shipping was reasonable, too. (I'm always amazed how much some companies charge for shipping.) Quality is excellent. I love that the classic tags I purchased come with a ring that may or may not be used, as I ended up not using them.

Excellent Customer Service and Getting our order to us when we needed it. We placed an order - at apparently the same time as a bunch of other large orders were placed. We normally hear right away that the order was shipped, I didn't and we had a transport coming and we were low on tags. I sent an email and customer support was amazing, looked into it, asked when we needed them by and did everything they could to get them to us. They were even going to ship out just what we needed for the transport if the entire order wasn't ready in time. Well the order printed and shipped and arrived a day before we needed them. Fades very quickly I’ve only had the tag for a few months and it’s already almost illegible. The engraving Nd was not done deep enough. He only had one other person plastic tag on his collar. Not very pleased considering money I spent on it. Certainly expected more.
