GBStairway to frustration The product itself - stair treads - is excellent. The customer service was very helpful when their inventory management failed. It was that failure that made the experience frustrating and time consuming.

GBRug arrived stained and dirty The Rug arrived with rips in the plastic and stains on the rug. It does not appear to have been packaged very well. I have pictures if you would like to see what I am talking about. I expect a full refund, this is ridiculous!

GBStays in Place, easy to vacuum I ordered the 5ft Beverly Rug which comes with the smaller rug. Personally, I did not need the smaller rug but it was the only way to get the 5ft rug that I did want. Wish the rugs were not sold in sets. There was also another rug, I think it was a square 4x4 that I would have purchased but again it was part of a set so I did not order.

GBRugs too thin Rugs too thin. Nothing went wrong. Was just hoping for thicker rugs. Very thin. Not loving them.
